**RECEPTIONIST**

A permanent full-time position exists for an experienced Receptionist to commence in late March.

**Key requirements for this role are**:

- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to respond to a diverse range of enquires from parents, staff members, students and the community
- Personable, positive and approachable nature with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing sick bay
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- High level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs with a good understanding of information technology
- A background in using computer database systems is desirable
- Reliable and committed to continuous improvement & innovation
- Experience or interest in the education industry would be advantageous
- Have a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to undergo relevant training
