**Position Overview**:
We are urgently seeking a skilled **General Labourer** with experience in concrete works for an immediate start in Geelong. This casual role involves hands-on responsibilities in concrete labouring, jackhammering, and site preparation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform concrete labouring tasks such as mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
- Operate jackhammers and other tools required for the project.
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and organization.
- Handle material transportation and equipment setup as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.

**Requirements**:

- **Immediate availability** for work
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Previous experience in concrete works or construction labour is highly regarded.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labour-intensive tasks.
- A reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
