We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and handle insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with dental staff to manage the flow of patients
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Core Practice
- Professional appearance and demeanor
