**_The role_**
We are seeking to employ dedicated Disability Support Workers to assist our new clients in their home and community in the **West Pymble and Chatswood** area.

**About the position**:
We are seeking caring, people centered, values driven Disability Support Workers to help our clients get more out of life through quality support.

This means understanding service choices, decisions and what is important to our clients and supporting them to reach their goals.

Supporting clients to live as independently as possible in their own home and in the community including attending community events, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions to name a few.

Rosters include early mornings, afternoons and evenings shifts.

We will give you all the training and support you need

**About you**:
You may be an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for a change, wanting to pick up additional shifts or just looking to work a really flexible schedule

You may also be a parent looking to work flexible school hours or perhaps returning to the workforce after a career break

You may be a student looking for work experience in the Disability sector

Please note that all of our positions require a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children check and a Police check, Certificate III and IV in Disability (Desirable) or the ability to obtain these checks.
