**The Position**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Consultant - Anaesthetist to lead the multidisciplinary team and provide specialist anaesthetic services to patients while promoting patient safety and quality of care. The successful applicant will provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision, and education to doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners, and other health workers.

**The Hospital**
The Health Service is a near 300-bed public hospital that provides Aged Care & Rehabilitation Service, Community Health Service, and Mental Health Service, all on one site. The hospital has undergone recent redevelopment, including a new Emergency Department with 47 patient spaces and a new Mental Health residential facility.

**The Requirements**
To be eligible, you must be
- AHPRA registered Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or
- within 6 months of receiving the fellowship. International Medical Graduates who are Specialist Anaesthetists and have been assessed as substantially Comparable are also welcome to apply.
