**Scaffolder Wanted - Resto group in Carrum Downs**

**Role Overview**: As a scaffolder, you will be responsible for safely assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring they meet all safety standards. This is a critical role in supporting our team as we deliver high-quality roof restoration work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding as required for roof access.
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding for safety and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the roofing team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all OH&S standards on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in scaffolding (roofing experience preferred).
- Current scaffolding certification and White Card.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
