**UON is currently seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Service Supervisor to join our teams in Malaga WA**

**Skills & Experience**:

- Trade qualified mechanic with skills in mechanical fitting/engine maintenance
- Experience working with **diesel power generators**:

- Experience working within the mining and resources industry
- Pass a pre-employment medical
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Able to manage and perform administrative and hands on duties
- A positive can do attitude and a team player mentality
- Customer focused and company orientated
- Hold a current and valid WA manual driver’s license
- Previous experience as a Supervisor / leading hand

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Supervision and leadership of the mechanical team
- Training of apprentices
- Assembly of UON products including pumps and power generation equipment
- Predictive and reactive service, maintenance, and repair of a Power Generation equipment and other UON products as required
- Trouble shooting and provide professional advise as required
- Technical client liaison at various stages of Jobs
- Provide a high level of verbal and written communications to clients
- Work collaboratively with all UON departments to achieve UON goals, values and behaviour’s
- Adherence to All company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems
