At Help at Hand Support, we’re on a mission to make life easier for people with disabilities by providing quality care and support through the NDIS. We’re looking for a Sales Admin who brings energy, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Don't worry if you're not familiar with the NDIS - we'll teach you everything you need to know We're looking for someone who's adaptable, flexible, and always ready to go the extra mile for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the friendly voice on the phone, connecting with potential participants /referral partners and answering their questions.
- Support our team with administrative tasks and scheduling appointments on behalf of the BDM.
- Learn the ins and outs of the NDIS and help guide participants to the services they need.
- Spread positivity and be the go-getter that keeps our sales team moving forward.
