This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients at executive levels with a strong focus within our wealth management space. This will include expanding and retaining existing enterprise accounts and ensuring excellence in ongoing service. The Executive Manager will have the skill set to represent the entire range of products and solutions and will be expected to provide leadership to client relationship managers reporting into them.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Responsible and accountable for a portfolio of clients and to lead the delivery of high quality service to these clients.- Accountable and responsible for the achievement of revenue targets through new and existing clients within your group of clients as well as supporting the achievement of targets in other teams as needed.- Manage the growth and protection of revenue by successfully leading client relationship managers.- Create value for clients by developing strong external strategic relationships based on a long term understanding of their business and how Iress products are used or could be used in the future.- Accountable for the adoption of, compliance with and support of the Iress commercial team’s ways of working through the roll out of the chosen sales framework, embracing usage of Global CRM, processes, tools, templates.- Support Business Development Managers in navigating sales opportunities in order to successfully win new business.- Working closely with regional and global client solutions teams to inform and share client requirements and trends to help the Product team define the strategy and roadmap.- Build and deliver professional client and partnership plans, outlining the client’s strategic direction and action plans.- Driving marketing and thought leadership initiatives in your relevant area in collaboration with the communications & marketing team.- Leadership, guidance, direction, mentoring, coaching and performance management of their team of Relationship Managers.

Does not aim to keep the status quo when there are better ways- Excellent negotiation skills and organisational skills- Strong industry presence and knowledge- Strong commercial and financial acumen- Strong project management and organisational skills- Ability to coach and mentor others to achieve results in a constantly changing environment
