House Cleaner

**Cleaners required for private homes in the Riverland area.**

House Cleaners urgently required to join our team Cleaning mainly for the Elderly and Disability clients on the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and similar care packages.

Once Trained and working on your own, All Tasks are very time critical and include a combination of the following but, each Client has Priority tasks to complete first, followed by other jobs within their allotted time only.
- _General Kitchen clean, sterilize and wipe down._
- _Bathroom and Toilet Clean and sterilize._
- _Vacuum and dust bedroom/s._
- _Vacuum all Hard and Soft Floorings._
- _Dusting all other surfaces._
- _Cobweb removal._
- _Window cleaning (when required)_
- _Cleaning out of Window sills, Tracks and Runners._
- _Ceiling Fans and Vents dusted/wiped if required._
- _Sweeping or Blowing down of some area's like Veranda's._
- _Interacting with Clients whilst carrying out your duties._

The position is flexible around School hours. Working Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm (depending on clients allotted time spots) and an average of 3 to 4 Clients per day. No Weekend work or Public Holidays and no Shift work.

15 hours a week Minimum, and up to 25hours Maximum. Award rates apply. We have many other incentives to offer including your own personal vehicle Serviced and Repaired through our own full equipped workshop at less than half the cost of any other workshop with repayment options to suit you. Free use of a variety of Trailers and free loan of all kinds of Tools and Equipment.

You **MUST** have a Full clean Drivers License. Be an **Australian Resident**, and live within the **Riverland SA**. (excluding Waikerie as we do not service that area)

A minimum of **two Covid shots** with proof is Mandatory, and you MUST have a recent **National Police Clearance Check**.

The Job is NOT suitable for anyone that has a Physical Disability (or Bad Back, sore shoulders, Tennis Elbow, Carpel Tunnel etc.) as the work involves a lot of Bending and Stretching.

Pay: $28.72 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
