We are currently have an exciting position for a Business Support Officer based at our newly refurbished support office located in Melbourne CBD. Although it is preferred that the role is located onsite, we also offer remote working options which can be discussed and agreed upon with the Head of Business Services during the interview process. The Business Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the organisation to enable the operations of the business to function smoothly. The position will also have the opportunity to assist with process improvement and some exposure to quality and assurance administration. This position would suit someone who has exposure to office administration or banking and is eager to take the next step in their career.

**Description**:
What you will do.

**This support position is accountable for**:

- Procedure and operational support across the branch network
- Procedure and operational support across all internal departments
- Building and facility administration (Support Office and Branch Network)
- Procedure and operational improvement
- Quality Assurance of internal documents
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- General administration and regulator reporting
- Administrative duties in the Support Office
