Be apart of creating a new master planned community in Kingscliff Kings Forest will be one of the largest projects in the Tweed Region, offering job stability with a large pipe line of works in new housing and employment spanning over the next 25 years.

In the leading hand role you’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand on Civil Construction Projects
- knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
