Job Description: Sushi Maker (Korean-Speaking Preferred)

About Us:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other Japanese delicacies.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
- Handle food preparation, including cutting fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, especially in Korean when needed.
- Adapt to customer preferences and dietary requirements when preparing sushi orders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Sushi Maker or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and traditional Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to speak Korean is preferred, with English proficiency for workplace communication.
- Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
