Salad Hand

**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Salad maker to join the team at Manly, NSW. As a full-time/part-time Salad Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality salads & wraps/sandwiches and other made-to-order food items in a fast-paced cafe environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing a variety of salads using fresh, high-quality ingredient
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure efficiency and food safety
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with other kitchen duties as needed
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Salad maker from Soul Origin/Charlie Chargrill named shop.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of salads & sandwich fillings and toppings & burgers.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
