**Georges Estate** is a world-class aged care precinct providing a range of residential & community options, specialist services and in-home aged care services for New South Wales. The residence will include 111 beds over three levels and offer wellness facilities including a dedicated physical therapy room, heated swimming pool, and day therapy centre.

At **Georges Estate** we are building a team of compassionate and caring people who will work to create an environment that’s loving, caring and supportive, whilst providing the highest standard of clinical care, delivered by the Hall and Prior Aged Care Group.

**To be successful in this position you will possess the following**:

- Experience working within the Aged Care Setting
- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- HACCP Certificate or willing to obtain
- Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with consumers
- Computer skills
- Competent documentation skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Up to date Influenza Vaccination, or willingness to vaccinate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
- COVID-19 Vaccination or willingness to obtain by 17 September 2021
- Flexible working attitude with willingness to work as required across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Full work rights in Australia
