**Team Member - Functional Coatings**

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent position of Team Member at the Functional Coatings production facility in Campbellfield.

**Your responsibilities**:
This role is accountable to:

- Operate machinery / processes in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and well organised workplace
- Communicate with other team members and team leaders
- Perform quality checks and
- Operate machines / processes efficiently to achieve production targets

**Primary Accountabilities**:
Ideally you will have the following experience and skills:

- Experience operating machinery (Note: this is not a process worker position)
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferable
- Mechanical aptitude / Be mechanically minded
- Computer literate
- Have a good eye for detail
- Good communication skills / Able to follow instructions
- Team player
- Self-Motivated and good timekeeping
- Have a genuine commitment to safety
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Focused on hitting targets

**The required qualifications and experience**:
To be considered for this role applicants will be required to hold a number of the following qualifications and experience:

- Drivers Licence (current & valid in Victoria)
- Forklift Licence (current & valid in Victoria)
- CPR & First Aid Certification
