- The Asset Auditor will be responsible for capturing, collating and assessing asset information for high-profile clients, across multiple sites both regional and metro. This role will collaborate with the Asset Management Team to provide exceptional customer service and play an integral role in the successful delivery of our contractual obligations._
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Carefully capture and collate asset information.
- Assess the condition of assets according to the client’s requirements.
- Provide support to our NOCC (National Operations Control Center) team.
- Actively comply with all Company Policies and Procedures, including WHS.
- Identify, rectify and report any hazards, accidents or injuries immediately, in line with Company procedures.
- Work in a manner that will not endanger yourself or any other person.
- Comply with any lawful instructions given by a Supervisor or person of authority and respect all Company property.
- Perform functions in an environmentally sustainable manner.
- Any other tasks as required.
- Has recent graduate or background in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management or the trades/Building Industry.
- Has experience in Asset Management.
- Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional computer and data entry skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Has very good attention to detail.
- Be an effective team player who can build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors.
- Must hold a Victorian driver’s license and be willing to travel.
- Must be fully vaccinated
