Internal Salesperson

**Our Client**
Based in the northern suburb of Narangba, our client specialises in production and distribution of roofing Sheetmetal products

**What will you do?**
- Answering phone calls and attending to customer enquiries
- Use SAP to input orders, find product and check availability of stock
- Managing customer back orders on the receipt of supplier orders
- Working as a team alongside other Customer Service representatives
- Invoicing, filing and general office administration
- Understanding the product range and providing customers with product recommendations & alternatives
- Liaising with warehouse and sales staff to provide customers with order ETA's
- Building rapport with customers

**Who are you?**
You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, you may also possess:

- Should have experience in any internal sales role (minimum 1 year)
- Must be adaptable and able to learn new skills quickly - potential to learn purchasing and other key business functions
- Must be friendly and able to work in a team environment
- Intermediate skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- SAP experience is desirable, or experience with similar software
