Are you an experienced plasterer looking to take your career to the next level? We are a well-established company specializing in high-quality plastering services for civil, construction, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated full-time plasterer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plastering tasks with precision and expertise.
- Demonstrate knowledge in civil, construction, and infrastructure projects.
- Cut, measure, and mark plaster boards accurately.
- Install pre-cast cornices, panels, ceilings, and other plaster fittings.
- Use trowels for rendering, leveling, and smoothing plaster surfaces.
- Read and interpret construction plans with ease.
- Experience with solid and fibrous plastering is highly valued.
- Manage and supervise junior staff or apprentices as needed.
- Be hands-on when required to support the team.
About You:
- At least 5 year of relevant full-time experience (or equivalent part-time).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of performing the physical tasks of the job.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible with the availability to work overtime when needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and confident in supervising junior staff.
- Trade qualification.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
