**Role responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using the existing tools and technology in place as per the requirements of the project.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of testing and technical specialism and provide sound advice and recommendations on any aspect of test planning and execution.
Review technical and business design requirement and identifies alternative solutions.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge, and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated experience in both manual testing and test automation, including the design and build of test automation frameworks, automation test plans, selection, and identification of automation test cases from existing test suites, and the configuration and setup of automation environments using appropriate tools and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues related to both manual and automated testing.
Demonstrated experience in the development of test plans and test cases and ensuring compliance to testing and technical policies, standards, and procedures within a large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) environment (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
