Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client is a leading supplier of housewares products in Australia & New Zealand and forms part of the international network of iconic brands covering a multitude of homeware appliances.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will look after and manage the company's debtor's ledger. In this role you will be responsible for customer accounts, maintaining the integrity of the company’s accounts receivable ledger that has been assigned by the Senior Credit Controller or Finance Manager.

**What will you do?**
- Account reconciliation and payment allocation
- Maintaining overdue balances to a satisfactory level
- Assist the ATB - DSO Weekly
- Following up with customers in relation to outstanding accounts
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Investigating of customer and credit claims
- Ensure customers payments are adhered to the agreed payment terms
- Assist in the yearly review of Customer Credit Limits & Terms.
- Maintain customers PPSR update and keep records

**To be successful, you will have**:

- HSC or equivalent. Accounting Degree would be highly regarded.
- At least **2 years Accounts Receivable experience **preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular intermediate to advanced Excel skills with strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and time management
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to multi task
- Embraces change and demonstrates adaptability

- Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful partnerships

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
