RCRR Enterprises Ltd (the charitable arm of the Rotary Club of Rosebud Rye) is seeking a special person who likes a varied and autonomous role where you work with the Manager to help drive outcomes for fundraising operations - the Rotary Charity Warehouse Shop (Rosebud Industrial Estate) which is open 7 days (10am-4pm) and the Rosebud Opportunity Shop (opposite Rosebud Plaza) which is open weekdays (10am-4pm).

**You’ll bring your expertise** in managing a team on a day-to-day basis, your merchandising and customer service experience, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a supportive, safe environment.

**Core Outcomes** will include:

- Positive communications with customers, including answering concerns and complaints
- Smooth workflows and efficient space utilisation
- Clear, accurate record keeping

**Skills and core competencies required include**:

- Previous managerial experience
- Natural leadership skills
- Clear communication skills - listening, verbal and written
- Capability as a hands-on operator
- Ability to contribute to a strong team environment
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience in cash management
- Negotiation skills
- Marketing and promotional experience, especially through social media, Facebook Marketplace an advantage
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence, WWCC, Police Check
