What We’re Looking For: Mandatory requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Relevant certifications in community work, disability support, or mental health
- Compassionate and fun-loving individuals
- Valid Blue/Yellow Cards & NDIS Worker Screening Orientation Module
- Experience with hoisting and personal care
- Skills in transportation and transfers
- A valid driver’s license and full comprehensive car insurance
- A positive attitude and a passion for bringing smiles
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of written and oral communication and report

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $91.88 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

- Do you have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders and have a High level of written and oral communication and report writing skills?

**Experience**:

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Queensland license (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
