**Brow & Lash Superstar Wanted - 2 Days a Week**
**Location**: Skin Sculpt Aesthetics
**Position**: Casual - 2 Days per Week
**Pay**: Based on Experience

Are you a brow and lash artist with a passion for enhancing natural beauty? **Skin Sculpt Aesthetics** is seeking a talented **Brow & Lash Specialist** to join our boutique team on a casual basis, 2 days per week. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to work in a nurturing, client-focused environment where quality always comes before quantity.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a true professional who loves all things beauty, especially brows and lashes. You’ll be performing treatments such as shaping, tinting, lamination, lash lifts, and extensions - all while creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
✔ Minimum **2 years of experience** in the beauty industry
✔ A **Certificate IV or Diploma** in Beauty Therapy (essential)
✔ Confidence in all **brow and lash treatments**
✔ **Skin knowledge/experience** is a bonus
✔ Knowledge or experience with **O Cosmedics** products will be highly regarded
✔ A **bubbly, empathetic, and professional personality**
✔ Strong **work ethic** and attention to detail
✔ Excellent customer service and **sales skills**
✔ A history of meeting or exceeding KPIs will be valued (though we are **not a KPI-based salon**)
