Are you an experienced MC Driver seeking a dynamic role with a reputable employer? Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently hiring an MC Driver to join our team, providing essential services to a prominent milk factory located in Rowville. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated team, ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and supporting the operations of the client.

**Payrate**: Starting from $47.2112 per hour (including casual loading)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Transportation**: As an MC Driver, your primary responsibility will be the safe transport and delivery of goods in and around Melbourne.

**Loading and Unloading**: You will be responsible for supervising the loading and unloading processes at pick-up and delivery sites, ensuring the efficient and secure handling of cargo.

**Safety Inspections**: Perform safety inspections as required to ensure the safety of equipment and goods during transit.

**Client Communication**: Maintain polite and professional communication with clients to facilitate a positive working relationship.

**Backlanding Duties**: During quieter periods, you may be involved in backlanding tasks, including emptying pallets of crates from trailers, cleaning out trailers, sorting empty crates into similar pallets, and wrapping pallets of crates.

**Requirements**:
**MC License**: Valid MC license is a must for this role.

**Current Car License**: A current car license is also required.

**Flexibility**: Must be flexible and available to work across different shift patterns, including night shifts (midnight start-0800am) and afternoon shifts (around 3:30pm start to midnight),

**Physical Stamina**: The role may require physical work, including loading and unloading activities.
