About the Role
As an Analyst in our Technology Risk Theme Office, you’ll play a key role in helping to ensure ANZ complies with our obligations and operates within our Guiderails and Risk Appetite. You will monitor compliance indicators and escalate when required across our global footprint. You will look to improve how we do these things in line with our emerging risks and changing technologies. In this role, you will support the Technology Risk Theme, fulfilling a key role in a team created in the Non-Financial Risk Operating Model.

What will your day look like?
As an Analyst in Technology Risk Theme, you are accountable for:
**Working under the direction of the Risk Theme Manager**:
Assessing how the risk theme has been adopted with a view to consistency of operation and assessment
Assisting with divisional risk identification for the risk theme and advising on assessment of inherent risk
Supporting aggregated risk theme profiles and advising on control design and remediation
Analysis control objectives and identifying opportunities for controls simplification
Supporting the evaluation of residual risk assessment for accuracy
Examining RAS metrics and their applicability
Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in risk theme management
Working alongside CRTOs to determine country-specific objectives

Subject Matter Expertise
Good knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, Regulatory Requirements, Delivery Standards and Controls Framework, Technology Industry Standards
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC and other related certifications
ServiceNow CSA certification
