THE ROLE
We’re all about providing our members with a huge range of amazing experiences. Classes are a big part of that. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional Group Fitness Classes - delivering excellent service, enhancing member experiences and contributing to the Fitness Playground brand and culture.

MORE ABOUT YOU
Minimum Cert III in Fitness qualification
Or Specialty Group Fitness Qualification
Demonstrated record of achievements and success

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Engaging and Unique Group Fitness Sessions
Deliver Group Fitness sessions, in line with Fitness Playground standards.
Maintain and grow a healthy client base, in line with session targets.

Customer Service
Engaging with members on the gym floor to enhance their gym experience.
Nurture relationships with clients and members.

Administration
Maintain and provide evidence of up-to-date First Aid & CPR qualifications.
Maintain and provide evidence of up-to-date Public Liability Insurance.
Generate and submit invoices on a fortnightly basis.
Follow all Fitness Playground administrative procedures.
Manage client accounts (e.g. ongoing programming, customer care).

- Min Cert 3 in Fitness
- Public Liability Insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
