About the position

This role will see you responsible for providing Kronos (UKG - Pro Workforce Management) support across the Linfox business, supporting all equipment that is Kronos related and distributed sites. The team is responsible for support across all Linfox and associated Linfox group companies in all locations.

To be successful in this role, you must understand the importance of support capabilities that are needed to meet the business’ requirements. This role will play an integral part in assisting the Shared Services group to deliver an efficient and effective Kronos service.

Reporting to the Kronos Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Maintaining Kronos (UKG - Pro Workforce Management) support processes and checking that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
- Administer the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activity undertaken.
- Providing guidance or technical input to staff dealing with bugs and production issues.
- Providing end user training as required.

About you

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Minimum 2 years Kronos (UKG - Pro Workforce Management) experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop credibility with staff, clients, and senior leaders
- Strong background in service management
- Proven track record of delivering on commitments
- Experience with SAP payroll as well as EBA Interpretation
