**Please do not apply**This student placement role Support the daily functioning and service provision at the Gippsland Family Violence site. Work to develop a professional attitude and approach to practice and achieve student placement goals as required.
- Achieve tertiary placement goals_

Possible areas of engagement include
- Attend field placement and supervisory meetings
- Reception and/or admin duties
- Supervised interviewing of clients
- Hosting group appointments
- Maintenance of client records
- Involvement in other onsite programs
- Follow up and closure of care
- Set learning goals, develop strategies to meet these and monitor own experience and development
- Work according to all TSA policies, procedures, WHS and COVID safe practices

Personal characteristics, qualifications and experience
- Enrolment in a tertiary qualification and required to fulfil student placement hours as part of their studies
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated
- Optimistic and remains calm and focused on the task at hand when faced with difficult situations
- Willing to learn and accepts constructive feedback, reflecting and asking for help when needed.
- Reliable and displays integrity in all dealings
- Respects the differing views and rights of others and is not judgemental
- Good match for the team and TSA values
- Team worker with a positive outlook and willingness to learn
