Factory Hand

Eve Smallgoods is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable young man keen to learn and grow with us in the production room. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday only**:no weekend work**) based in Currumbin Waters. You’ll be working alongside our experienced team to support sausage and smallgoods production, learn boning, slicing, packaging and other production duties as required.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assisting in the preparation of raw materials (boning, trimming) under supervision
- Supporting the production process: flow of work, equipment setup, cleaning, packaging
- Following hygiene and food-safety protocols strictly
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, efficient production environment
- Learning new skills and progressively taking on more responsibility

**What We’re Looking For**
- A willing learner positive about stepping into a production environment
- Able to follow direction, work as part of a team and take initiative
- Good time-management and reliability
- Comfortable working in a cooler production setting (typical of smallgoods manufacturing)
- A strong work ethic and readiness to learn the craft of quality smallgoods production
- An interest in food production/manufacturing would be an advantage
