**About the Role**:
As a Building Cadet, you will support our Build team with oversight and input into the commercial and operational aspects of projects, ensuring their successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with compliance and contract administration.
- Support claims, reporting, and financial processes.
- Contribute to project safety and risk management.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with team members to understand project requirements.
- Gain exposure to all facets of construction and commercial practices.

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying a tertiary qualification in building, construction, or engineering (2nd or 3rd year preferred).
- Strong understanding of building construction processes.
- Solid written English and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
