**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Mirandastore in NSW. The positions is for 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as required.

As an integral member of the Miranda ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member, your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- A willingness to learn and develop
- **Desire to develop your career in retail**

**Salary**: Up to $22.40 per hour
