Your responsibilities include representing OCDO in negotiations with Hospital and Health Services, focusing on complex oral health issues and implementing workforce development strategies.
Furthermore, your communication skills, both written and verbal, should stand out, encompassing the capability to draft substantial and intricate briefings and reports. Your adeptness in consulting, negotiating, engaging, and influencing key stakeholders is crucial. Demonstrating the capacity to provide authoritative advice and expertise to senior management on complex oral health services planning and reform matters, collaborating effectively within a team, and managing competing priorities to meet agreed deadlines are additional qualities that contribute to success in this role.
