**Nanny position Tarragindi**

Nanny start date:
ASAP

Pay Rate: $35-40 per hour (before tax) + super + fuel allowance

Days/ Hours:
Monday 8:30am
- 5:30pm

Tuesday 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Wednesday 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Thursday 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Friday 12:30pm - 4:30pm

OPTIONAL EXTRA HOURS: Occasional evening babysitting on weekends & school holidays times.

About the Family:
This role is for a quirky, lively family who are full of life. They have three children and two cat fur babies. Both parents are career driven individuals each running their own businesses. In their family time they enjoy going on outdoor holidays to the beach and in nature, they also love going out for weekly dinners and spending time relaxing all together at home. The children are 7, 4 & 1 years old. The eldest girl goes to school is into dancing, art, piano, acting & creating. The middle boy attends school; he loves soccer, ninjas, reading, superheros, learning & building. The youngest will be the focus during the day he is active & inquisitive. All three children love craft, puzzles, reading, swimming, messy play, getting outdoors into nature and riding their bikes and scooters.

What we are looking for:
Our ideal nanny would be someone who is reliable and assertive with the children while also having a nurturing, warm natured approach. Having fun with the kids is super important to the family this means being active and confident. Both parents definitely value their nanny as a part of the family and as a valuable staff member. They deeply appreciate someone with experience that will take this role seriously and definitely reward for their work & love for the family. This nanny will need their own vehicle and clean driving record to pick up the kids from school and take to extra curricular activities. If you are creative and have a boundless imagination for engaging children in play, craft and outdoor activities, you would be the perfect fit There is also plenty of opportunity for weekend/ school holiday babysitting. This family has a cleaner, nanny do general tidying and cleaning up as they go.

**Tasks**:

- Full child care
- School drop and pick up & taking to local curricular activities.
- Meal preparation for children - afternoon tea, dinner etc
- Cleaning of the kitchen area after, dinner prep & putting compost out.
- Bathing and clothing children
- Fun indoor & outdoor activities
- Tidying as you go - children bedrooms, play room, kitchen

When time allows
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Children laundry
- Pet feeding


Must have:

- Blue card/ Police Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate

Licence and own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- 2 x Reference checks

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
