**About the Role**:
As an Educational Leader you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience in a current Educational Leader role**:

- **Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and Play-based Child-drive Pedagogy**:

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with clear vision.
- Experience with mentoring & collaborating with a diverse team
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
