Opportunity on the Client Side across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, health, education and retail to name a few. With a comprehensive pipeline of work in sight, our Client is looking to add to their industry leading team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take a proactive role in assisting the Project Management team to deliver successful projects
- Coordinate teams of consultants
- Key involvement in the planning, design, construction and tendering of projects
- Contribute to the commercial success of projects
- Represent the Client's best interests and maintain a positive relationship
- Ensure project programme is established and adhered to
- Timely and accurate project reporting

**Ideal requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a construction specific related field
- Background in project Management, Architecture or Construction
- Negotiation and cost management skills
- Must have a polished approach when dealing with clients
- Above all: ambition, drive and a positive attitude
