Criniti's Carlton is now looking for passionate bartender professionals to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Service standards and operations
- Basic understanding of spirits/wines and beers
- Willingness to learn
- Opening and closing procedures
- General cleaning and stocktake
- Understanding or willing to learn cocktails and coffee

We are seeking someone empathetic, bubbly and with a big personality
- Great leadership, teamwork and communication skills
- Collaborative attitude, adaptability and driven
- Self starter with a positive attitude
- Ability to deal with high pressure situations
- Able to prioritise and work with a great team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $25.50 - $36.00 per hour

- Carlton, VIC 3053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
