Park Supervisor

**About you**:
You are an experienced supervisor with a background in leading teams to deliver operational excellence and customer service. You are highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail. You may have led teams in either direct customer service delivery industries such as retail or in facilities or construction. Further you will also:

- Have previous experience working outdoors in gardens, parks or landscaping in variable weather conditions
- Be customer focused and have sensitivity to grieving people, maintaining professionalism
- Have Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the use of hand operated gardening machinery and power tools
- A valid open driver's licence
- Dingos, bobcats and other machinery tickets/experience (beneficial)
- A Sound understanding of WHS
- Excellent computer skills - especially MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Be able to train ad develop a strong team Be a great communicator

**About the role**:
You will report to the Park Manager and be responsible for supervising the operations team in providing park, burial and cremation services to the community.

A typical day in this role will have you organizing and assisting with the daily workflow for the team completing park maintenance, customer service, gardening and capital works. This is a very hands-on role and you will also be expected to support the teams and contribute in achieving financial targets.
