**About the role**
In this newly created hybrid role, you will be working on both master data and invoicing and reporting into the Invoicing & Price Data Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity to step up your career, learn new skills and be exposed to a wide variety of stakeholders within the business.

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

- Create master data for customer and vendor records
- Maintain data compliance and integrity across multiple systems
- Contact customers and vendors for all new and changed bank details
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Reconciling account discrepancies
- Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues
- System integration testing

**About your experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in SAP is essential
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to extract from SAP to Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of data/reporting
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Experienced in Financial systems
