**About the Role**
Reporting to the Metering Supervisor, the Metering Technician will be part of the BSA Team responsible for the successful performance and delivery across the Metering Project. The Metering Technician may be assigned to one or more metering clients.

**Metering Technician will be responsible for**:

- Conduct meter installation and exchange testing for single dwelling and multi residential sites.
- Conduct pre-starts and follow through activities to completion against required standards.
- Complying with health and safety procedures to promote a safe work environment.
- Managing jobs and completing quality work as assigned by the client.
- Manage tools, stock, and equipment to standard and follow up with supervisor when necessary.
- Complete post job technical and administrative duties to required standard.
- Utilize good communication skills when liaising with customers on site.
- Attend meetings and training as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills, experiences**,
**licenses, and certifications**:

- NSW electrical contractors’ license
- OHS White Card
- ASP level 2 Accredited (Class2D)
- A current CPR & LV Rescue
- Current First Aid in an ESI Environment
- Strong working Knowledge of Residential/Commercial switchboards
- Ideally ASP authorized in multiple NSW networks
