As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our brand new party and variety shop. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including:

- Managing day-to-day activities, such as inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Hiring, training, and supervising store staff to ensure exceptional service and performance.
- Implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and attract customers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
