Supporting Abilities for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join the team, located throughout South-East Melbourne.
- Female participant.
- Carrum Downs location.
- Motor Neurone Disease (MND) diagnosis.
- Female support workers preferred. Someone that is switched on, analytical and a quick thinker.
- Seeking someone with strength that can assist with manual handling and transfers.
- Clear communication (English) and comprehension required. Patience also required.
- PEG experience required.
- NIV experience required.
- Training to be provided by Allied Health team and/or current support worker. All shifts will commence as shadow shifts with the current support worker and/or participant's husband.

We are looking for competent, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients.

**Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain)**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants
