**About Us**:
Leading Leaps Early Learning has recently commenced operating a long daycare service within a brand new 100-place purpose built early learning centre co-located within the Werribee Islamic Centre community complex in Tarneit, Victoria. We are looking for passionate Room Leaders with a can-do attitude who can help establish high functioning teams and deliver quality early childhood education programs. Our service is open from 7am to 6pm on weekdays.

**Our Program**:
We are passionate about quality early childhood education that is evidence based and holistic, considering children’s physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Quality play based educational program that is aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Culturally inclusive educational program that builds on the child’s needs, educator skills, and family input
- Curriculum that incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math, Sport (STEAMS)
- Strong family and community collaborative partnerships
- Mindfulness and reflective practice
- School readiness program
- Incorporating activities that develop life skills.

We are looking for experienced, highly motivated and proactive Room Leaders to manage rooms across various developmental age groups (6 months to 6 years) to join our growing team.

We are seeking a Room Leaders who:

- Can create safe and enriching learning environments that are developmentally appropriate and follow a planning cycle
- Can mentor and lead a team of educators to achieve their fullest potential and embed a culture of continuous learning and reflection.
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate records are maintained accurately
- Ensure that the centre or service’s policies and procedures are adhered to
- Are willing to assist and support others as required and get along with team members.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Hold the relevant qualifications, such as Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Have a current Working with Children Check.
- Protecting Children Certificate (completion online prior to commencement)
- Proven experience in centre based environments working in preschool and under six age groups is highly desirable.
