Project Supervisor

Due to new project opportunities secured with Tier One builders, we are seeking a new Project Supervisor to join the Construction Division.

**Primary Objective**
- This position will be site based on a new development in Brisbane's Inner Suburbs, where you will manage the delivery of a multi residential tower, over $10M electrical.
- Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide leadership and direction to a site team including foreman, leading hands, tradespersons and apprentices
- Ensure projects are proactively managed, executed according to the project plan, schedule and budget, as well as assisting in the resolution of issues;
- Building & solidifying strong relationships with the builder and subcontractors on site
- Forecast and program project resources, including labour schedules and equipment;
- Measure productivity and delivery schedules on the project
- Lead a safety first and quality focused team culture

- Demonstrated experience as Supervisor, Site Manager or Electrical Project Manager
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with people at all levels including internal and external customers, industry suppliers and stakeholders;
- Lead by example, driving a safety-first culture, company values and standards;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment and the confidence in your skills to make decisions;
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide mentorship and share knowledge in a clear and concise manner;
- Demonstrate a willingness to assist project teams at times rolling up your sleeves to help.
