**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the accurate and timely execution of at least 2 payrolls
- Deliver in quality customer service balanced against efficiency and compliance requirements
- Support the payroll administrator(s) in responding to escalated incomplete Take Actions, enquiries, complaints, issues etc and proactively resolve larger problems in a structured manner
- Support system configuration and testing for designated business area:

You will join a team of professionals who work cohesively and independently as a team to ensure good business objectives are achieved. You will be a self
- starter and bring well developed interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP Payroll
- Advanced understanding of Australian payroll, statutory and legislative
- Experience with workers compensation, superannuation and redundancy calculations
- Experience with Enterprise Agreement Interpretation
- Working knowledge of various payroll systems including SAP
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to people at all levels
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Experience with high workload, time management and deadlines
- High level attention to detail
