**Job Title**: Part-Time Lawnmower Operator

**Location**: Mt Gravatt, Southside (Rotating Locations)

**Job Type**: 12 Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lawnmowers and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform general landscaping tasks.
- Travel between residential sites on Brisbane's Southside (base in Mt Gravatt).
- Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in lawn mowing or landscaping is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to operate and maintain lawnmowers and landscaping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time hours
- 12 month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance
