Job Description

**Join Our Team at Inghams Distribution Centre**

At our state-of-the-art facility in Truganina, Victoria, established in 2022, you'll join a hardworking team committed to excellence. We're invested in nurturing the talents of our employees and creating a supportive work culture.

We are currently seeking **experienced Forklift Operators** to join our **Weigh Label Room** team.

**Available Shift**:

- Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:06 PM

**Your Responsibilities**
- Operating high-reach forklifts.
- Picking and packing items using RF scanning technology.
- Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
- Working efficiently in chilled or freezer environments.
- Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools.
- Identifying and escalating food safety and quality issues, hazards, and risks.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- A valid LF forklift license with high-reach experience.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong understanding of and adherence to instructions and procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts if needed.
