**What you will bring to this role**
- A min of 2 years in customer service
- Ideally experience working in a school setting
- A passion for service
- A genuine enjoyment in educating your customers
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- A high degree of motivation

**Your key responsibilities will be** **to**
- **B**uild long term relationships with School Principals & key stakeholders
- Support the success of different marketing campaigns
- Operate as the voice of the customer back to marketing
- Consult to your customers to ensure they are well educated on the benefits of ergonomics in the classroom
- Build long term relationships as you provide a platinum level of service to the various accounts in your designated territory
- Follow up post implementation, to ensure that expectations & promises are met
- Collaborate internally & externally, supporting the development of top of mind brand awareness across your nominated territory
