Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, Patch & Purr is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets through our best-practice cremation services and pet crematoriums.

A great opportunity is now available for a dynamic and engaging Field Team Manager who can lead our dedicated and passionate Drivers. Our Drivers are mature and compassionate animal lovers who look after our clients’ needs in pet aftercare.

**About the role**
- Lead a team of Drivers operating across New South Wales
- Manage the day to day allocation of driving team collections and returns
- Organise work rosters and regular team meetings
- Monitor, train and measure the service delivery of the Driver team
- Assist with recruitment and training
- Cover for any member of the Driver team in their absence if required
- Be able to carry out pet collections from vet clinics, which involves handling deceased pets which are hygienically bagged and chilled
- Occasionally collect pets from owners’ homes
- Deliver pet ashes to vet clinics and pet owners' homes
- Take ownership of Health and Safety implementation and compliance
- Occasional emergency weekend cover may be required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 3 + years of experience in leading teams
- Intermediate IT skills including MS Office suite and online/mobile software
- A passion for animals
- A compassionate and caring nature combined with emotional intelligence
- An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner
- A capability to lift pets and physically fit
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with mechanical and technical vehicle issues
- Outstanding organisation skills and who thrives in working in a clean and tidy environment
- An ability to prioritise and respond quickly to changing business requirements
