**The Role**:
As an Account Executive based in Jakarta, you’ll play a **regional and global role**, covering Southeast Asia and occasionally supporting sales in Australia and the US. This position requires flexibility with time zones to engage international clients while also building strong regional pipelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new business across Southeast Asia, with occasional alignment to AUS and US markets.
- Work flexible hours to engage with global customers across time zones.
- Prospect and qualify leads from multiple regions, building a diverse pipeline.
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations tailored to customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with IT and business leaders across regions.
- Collaborate with global sales and customer success teams for account handoffs.
- Stay updated on both regional and global SaaS/IT market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years SaaS sales experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, ideally with international exposure.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of closing deals across multiple markets.
- Flexible with working hours to align with US/ANZ clients.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work across multiple regions.
- Experience using CRM tools and AI-driven automation to manage time zones and improve productivity.
